How to Order from Brinks Jewellers

Finding your Products

Navigate our menu at the top of our website using the links to our product category or information pages.  The products are split into easy to navigate sections. You can also use the product search option at the top right of the site; simply enter the keyword(s) of your choice. The help pages are available in the footer of the website.

How to Order Online

* When you have found the product(s) of your choice, simply select the size/option/quantity of the product you wish to purchase and click on the 'Add to cart' button. This product will then be added to the shopping cart for you. Please feel free to carry on browsing - you can add further products to your shopping cart at any time.

* Once you have finished selecting your purchases, click on the 'Cart' link which can be found at the top right of each page. You will then see a list of the products you have selected. At this stage you can amend any quantities, remove any items or empty the shopping cart completely.

* Once you are happy with your selections, click on the 'next' link to be taken through to our customer area where you can open an account with us or if you are an existing customer you can login in using your account details.

* You will be prompted to enter your billing and delivery addresses. You will be required to confirm you acknowledge our Terms of Service.

* Then select how you wish to pay; you can select from credit/debit card payment via Sagepay, or Paypal payment.

* Then you will be transferred through to a SECURE SERVER at the relevant payment provider where you will be asked to enter your payment details. 

* If using your debit/credit card the final stage is the ePDQ Verified by Visa/Mastercard checkout page. This is much like Chip and Pin for online shopping. It offers both the buyer and the seller protection against fraud, just like in a traditional shop.

Once you have filled in all the details correctly, please click to complete the payment process.

* This is the end of the ordering process. An email confirmation will be sent to you with details of the order.

* When the order is shipped, an email will be sent with the despatch details and any relevant tracking numbers if appropriate, so you can follow the progress of the delivery.
